The hotel's location is very convenient, close to restaurants, stores, and major tourist attractions. The rooms are adequately clean, well-furnished, and have strong shower water pressure. A porter is available to assist with the luggage at the bottom of the staircase.
The hotel's rooms are small, and the staff's knowledge about the city's attractions and directions is limited. The breakfast buffet is not well-maintained, with items rarely replenished and poor coffee quality.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and emerge onto the main square, with all the famous monuments and attractions just a few minutes away. The convenience of having an upscale grocery store just across the street was a bonus, especially for stocking up on goodies. The staff here couldn't have been more helpful, making me feel so welcome throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist me in every way possible, and I received excellent service from the moment I arrived. The bar at this venue was a great place to unwind, with a late opening time and a delicious menu in English. The bed in my room was the comfiest I have ever slept in, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel has a prime location on the main square and is walking distance from the railway station. the restaurant is so good, it could do a Michelin Star restaurant proud. the staff is attentive and pleasant. the rooms are elegant with comfy beds and modern bathrooms.
There are no lifts in this hotel despite being recently revamped, which could make carrying luggage up the stairs a bit of a hassle.

Great central location! Close to all the main attractions and easy to get around. the staff is very friendly and helpful, they assisted us with all our requests and questions. the rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as bottled water and toiletries, which is very convenient. the hotel offers a great laundry service, you won't regret taking advantage of it!
Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were outdated and malfunctioning. the bath was clogged in one of the rooms, which created an uncomfortable situation.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the train station and various landmarks such as the monastery and the statue of Lenin. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained, especially the clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast offered a great variety of warm and cold dishes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Finally, the ample parking was a huge plus, providing secure and gated security.
Don't have any issues at all.
